Terms of Service

awarapanti.com (the "Site") is operated by Sunita Enterprises, the owner of the brand Awarapanti™ ("we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and any purchase you make on it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

• You sign in with a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number. Keep your phone secure — anyone with access to it can access your account.
• Give accurate name, phone, email and delivery details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders, or violation of these Terms.

3. Products, prices and availability

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes (GST). Shipping and COD charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
• Product photos are representative. Actual colours may vary slightly because of lighting and screen settings. Print placement can vary by up to 1–2 cm.
• Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will inform you and refund any amount paid.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Country of origin of all products: India.

4. Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed when online payment succeeds or, for Cash on Delivery, when your mobile number is verified by OTP. You will receive an order number on confirmation.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pincodes and order values, with a COD fee shown at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready. Refusing a COD order without a valid reason may lead to COD being disabled for your number.
• We may cancel orders we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, placed for resale in bulk, or placed using another person's details.

5. Coupons and offers

Only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons have their own conditions (minimum order value, validity, first-order-only, usage limits) shown at the time of use. Coupons have no cash value and offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Misuse of coupons (for example, multiple accounts for first-order offers) may lead to order cancellation.

6. Shipping, cancellation, exchange and refunds

Delivery timelines and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. You can cancel an order from your account before it is shipped. Exchanges, returns for defective or wrong items, and refunds are governed by our Exchange & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Reviews and content you post

• Reviews and photos you submit must be your own, honest and not offensive, defamatory or misleading. We moderate reviews before publishing and may decline or remove any review.
• By submitting a review or photo, you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display it on the Site and our social media, with your first name.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, slogans, photos, text, the Awarapanti™ name and logo are trademarks owned by or licensed to Sunita Enterprises. You may not copy, reproduce, print or sell our designs or use our brand without written permission. Buying a product does not give you any rights to the design printed on it.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping, interfering with its operation, placing fake orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Humour disclaimer

Our designs are meant as light-hearted humour. They are not intended to offend, target or demean any person, community or group.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as courier disruptions, natural events or strikes).

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact our Grievance Officer first — most issues are resolved quickly. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, courts at Thane shall have jurisdiction.
