Shipping Policy

Hum poore India mein ship karte hain via our logistics partner Shiprocket and its courier network.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Prepaid orders are dispatched first.
Delivery time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Remote / North-East / J&K: up to 10 business days
Shipping charges
Free shipping on orders of ₹799 and above. Below that, a flat ₹79 applies. Cash on Delivery orders carry an additional ₹49 COD fee.
Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive the tracking link by email/SMS. You can also track on our Track Order page.
Undelivered / refused orders
If a COD order is refused at the doorstep without a valid reason, we may disable COD for that phone number on future orders.
